Campbellvale Estates is a new and unique 12 lot development offering the opportunity to purchase a lot and select your own builder to help design and build a home that truly meets your personal needs and specifications. Lots sizes range between 1/3 and 3/4 acres each.

The developer must approve all home plans and has specified that minimum size home be not overly restrictive - specifying one floor ranch style homes to be at least 1650 sq.ft. with attached double or triple garages and two-storey homes a minimum of 2200 sq.ft. Raised ranch designs may also be considered provided they meet the size and design criteria. All lots will be serviced with municipal water (no wells), underground gas, hydro, cable and telephone lines, storm sewers, curbs and gutters. Septic systems required per lot at purchaser's expense at time of construction.
